Please inspect all items at time of delivery all damage must be noted with our delivery company before they leave. Then please contact us with pictures and information ASAP.

We current offer shipping to all lower 48 states. Washington state residents pay sales tax only. Inside delivery is our normal service but may not be available for your location. We will contact you to discuss logistics of your order depending on your location and needs. You can always decide to proceed or cancel your order at this point, please keep that in mind.

For our custom, made in the USA sofas and sectionals, the delivery time is 4-6 weeks, but can change. Location. fabric and stock can affect ship times, we will contact you with any updates concerning your order. We are here to work with you to make this as smooth as possible, that's are number 1 goal.

In stock items will ship within 5-7 business days.

Not only will we deliver into the home, but also set up the sofa or sectional just as you imagined in the room of your choice. Some services will vary by location and we would contact you if your location is affected. We operate two distribution hubs in Seattle and Los Angeles so we can serve nearly every location in the lower 48 states.

Each item is inspected thoroughly before delivery. If damage occurs after leaving our warehouse and is delivered in such condition, please make note of it on the delivery slip to better understand what needs to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Returns and Refunds, 100% satisfaction guarantee!, up to 1 year returns.

At the time of delivery you may return any online order only when delivery team is there and present at no cost! Once they leave you will have to pay for return shipping charges. We will take back any unused product for up to 1 year of purchase, after 30 days a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges will be applied. If the return is a result of our error, Modern Design Sofas will pay for the return shipping. Custom made orders made in person at our showroom or over the phone are non refundable. If you have any questions or concerns contact us directly and we can go over our policy with you.

Online orders cannot be changed after 48 hours. We will contact via email or phone to confirm your orders and to make sure everything will go smoothly with your delivery process. Items damaged through normal wear and tear will not be returned or refunded.

If it was damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts or exchange, we will issue a full refund.

There will be no returns after 365 days of delivery – unless noted Damage/Defects on the Delivery Receipt and BOL you sign upon delivery, and have been working with us on a resolution within the 30 day period. If we are working with you during the first 30 day period for a resolution due to damage/defect, you are not subject to the 30 day policy.

You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost, anywhere from $95-500.

Once the product is confirmed to be returning to us, we will issue a refund, minus the return shipping cost and any non-refundable items.

You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days of the product being confirmed it has shipped back to our warehouse. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 7-10 business days because of the time required for the product to be scanned in by the freight company upon pickup (up to 5 business days) and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
