All Sofas Carry a 5 year structural guarantee from Modern Design Sofas.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Sofa Returns -
25% of Invoice cancellation fee if sofa has already been built or shipped to you. If goods have been delivered to your home. . Delivery too and from your home is deducted. Any Cancellations require a written request via email or mail for cancellation.

Custom Orders--

All custom orders are final. Only if it is our mistake you will receive replacement or refund.

Please Check all deliveries at the time, of delivery to make sure that there are no shipping damages.

All Sofas are checked carefully prior to shipping so that there are no problems when they are delivered to you.

All sofas are very well wrapped for shipping.

Packing Consists of double wrapping of foam and a thick furniture bag to keep your sofa in perfect condition when you open it.

Internet/Phone orders---

All internet orders are final. So please make sure you are getting the right color/size/shape on your invoice etc... Please examine your sectional upon arrival. Be sure to note any damage to sectional on shipper’s bill and call us ASAP. Since covers are removable, any possible damage to fabric is easily fixed with new cover. Of course we guaranty that you will get what you order.
